“Bright Lights & Chilly Nights” are upon us.  With November melting quickly into December…we’ve pulled out all the boxes and transformed the cozy little alcoves into a lovely twinkling wonderland.

Melany Square using Olde Cedar Chest by Faye Burgos

frosting using Kansas Troubles fabrics…just perfect on our old red chipped table…just a few kits left!

Fig Tree being one of our favorite designers…we always have one tree that is spruced up using her signature colors for the year…last year it was subtle with soft green, pears, and blush pink.  this year…with a nod to our Happy Days quilt featured in the Spring Issue of Quilt Sampler, we’ve pulled the green, cream, and red from her spring Whimsy line…to give you our Sweet Tree…which is Truly Scrumptious…

now for traditional…which we really aren’t but red, white, and cream are wonderful for Christmas…and bring to mind crisp winter, frosted berries, and cardinals.
