A Black Tie Affair

thought I’d pop in and say hi!  we are over half way through our event calendar for fall of 2015!  With 4 shows behind us…we have 2 left and a shop hop!  fabric is arriving almost everyday and our little fingers can hardly stitch fast enough plus machine quilting, fabric folding, kitting, cutting, printing, and proofing…

Anyways…I thought I would give everyone a sneaky peak of the fabric we will be using for our tablescape for the 2nd Annual Hwy 23 “Sleigh” Rally shop hop which runs November 5, 6, & 7.

We will have the hall decked and carols playing…Sweetwater will be transformed into a Christmas wonderland for this event!

The focus of the Rally will be holiday tablescapes and we’ll feature a table runner, placemats, napkin rings, and a coordinating throw quilt.  I have so many display ideas…I may just burst!

The Sleigh Rally will include treats, a make and take project, and complimentary block pattern, so be sure to mark your calendar!

Black Tie Affair was used as inspiration for our tablescape.  These prints are from French General for moda and truly a wonderful combination of prints for your Christmas table, tree, and couch.  Our project today measures just 48 x 60 inches and is kitted and ready to go.  Kit includes:  fabric for front, binding, and pattern…

available in-store and online.

Also…gooseberry yardage and precuts will arrive this week, along with Frivols 3, and Mille Couleurs!  A busy week ahead of us…better rest up!

have a wonderful evening!
