it is hard to believe that we are on the downhill side of January. it has been ridiculously cold here the past week, so we have been plotting new projects.

I am working on pulling together English paper piecing supplies for the workshop i’ll be doing this Saturday. if you are interested in joining us the cost is $15 for guild members and 20 for non-members. it will be at the willmar community and activity center and start at 10am this Saturday, January 23rd.

some precuts and yardage have arrived…

Strawberry Fields Revisited…a nod to their previous strawberry fields line with an updated twist…lovely tan and grey mixed with pink, figgy green, and cream.  we have jellies and candies available.

Frivol #6 has arrived!  another Strawberry Fields Revisited goody…

loving these new Regent Street charm packs…thinking maybe taking a charm pack and making and EPP project…i’ll have to ponder that tonight…

lastly…moda is 40 years old!  we have their celebratory selvage print available in-store and online…I think this print would be awesome for the back of a Bella Solids quilt…i’ll have to think on that as well.

Pictured…40th anniversary fabric, bella bleached white PFD, Steel, and Zen Grey…we also have Bella Ivory which is what we are using in our Frivol #6 instead of the 2 different sashing prints.  These prints are all available in the shoppe or online.

Don’t forget to check out our **SALE** section of the etsy shoppe…I’ve added in some more flannels along with kits of Miss Kate…perfect for scrappy backings, ragtime quilts, or snuggly baby quilts.  Miss Kate features classic B&C colors…if you are curious!
