sweet liberty

good afternoon! first off…Happy (belated) Valentine’s day!

i would take a new bundle over flowers any day…however, i do love a good wildflower bouquet and those day-old roses when the petals start falling off…lovely!

i spent the day with Gabby-Goo….since tuesday was mom’s day off…mom spent the day watching Golden Girls and puttering around the sewing room…the window was cracked and some stitching happened along with maybe a little tidying and organizing.

i thought i would drop in today and introduce a new collection…

Brenda Riddle’s newest collection, Sweet Liberty has arrived. Faded hues of chambray, rose, blush, natural linen, and classic white mix wonderfully to provide a more pastel patriotic collection. The prints are bursting with springtime feels…sprawling florals, small medallions, checks, and the most wonderful pillow ticking stripe. A perfect collection for a soft and sweet 4th of July picnic quilt, a table runner, tote bag, or bed-size quilt.

We’ve curated a combination bundle of Sweet Liberty and American Beauty for a brand new project featuring floating stars and 9-patches and of course a solid white. It is next on mom’s list after she finishes up her project featuring The Shores by Brenda Riddle.
