Sweetwater’s 12 Days of Christmas…Day 10

10 Lords-A-Leaping…i don’t really know what that means.  where would you even find them?  so i would trade them for a Sweetwater Favorite…Sylvia’s Bridal Sampler book.  Every Thursday we (and by we, i mean mom) does 3 blocks and we (and by we, i mean me) post them on the blog.  There is a total of 140–6 inch finished blocks.  So it is tons and tons of fun!  if you’d like to “join” just pick up a book and start sewing.  Below is the lovely book and the fabrics we used.  **we could get you started with a Cottage Cake (42-10 inch squares) and a Northcote Range Charm pack (42-5 inch squares).**

4 Calling Birds…or BLISS…i just love this quilt.  it is SO pretty.  it uses 61 different prints.  so you get the scrappy look without having to dig through your stash.  enough fabric left for 2 shams (front only) or a couple throw pillows!
